Membrane switches primarily consist of three parts: the operating panel, the upper circuit layer, the isolation layer, and the lower circuit layer. The upper and lower circuit layers are printed with conductive silver paste and carbon ink on a non-conductive polyester film (PET), forming a multi-layer flat circuit panel composed of conductive and insulating materials with a certain degree of flexibility. It's worth mentioning that all our structures have undergone RoHS inspection and certification, ensuring the safety and environmental friendliness of our products.
We offer two common substrates for our membrane switches: PC (polycarbonate) and PET (polyethylene terephthalate), each with different characteristics for various applications in membrane switches. PC substrates can undergo various surface treatments, including glossy, matte, semi-matte, glossy-matte, and scratch-resistant glossy, making them suitable for diverse environments and requirements. PET substrates, on the other hand, are commonly used in membrane switches and can also be applied as coating or embossing materials, offering options for scratch-resistant glossy and scratch-resistant matte finishes.
Regardless of their application, membrane switches are an indispensable part of modern technology, providing convenient and reliable operation methods and bringing more convenience to our lives and work.

The advantage of antimicrobial films lies in their ability to release silver ions, which can disrupt the cell walls of bacteria, effectively killing them. Importantly, this antimicrobial effect does not lead to resistance, remaining effective until the film is scratched or the PET substrate is damaged.
Therefore, this semi-permanent antimicrobial film is suitable for various applications:
1. Medical equipment: Decorative and operating panels for various medical devices such as medical electric beds, blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, etc.
2. Sports equipment: Decorative and operating panels for various fitness equipment such as treadmills, exercise bikes, massage chairs, etc.
3. Bathroom fixtures: Decorative panels and touch panels for various bathroom equipment such as smart bathtubs, automatic toilets, etc.
